Tyler Barranger

I have been running and participating in many marathons over the past six years, up to 15 half marathons and multiple shorter distances. With Bloomsday coming up this year I am at a current pace of completing the 15k in fewer than 50 minutes. I have been training endurance athletes in Spokane over the last several years. I am a Running Coach as well as a certified Cycle Instructor, TRX instructor and am CPR certified.
The goals I have in the fitness industry are to get athletes that are all shapes and sizes to begin a running program to change their lives forever. I want to teach the average person the ways to train their bodies to move like a runner and be able to push their lactate threshold. By training your body to push its lactate threshold, you are pushing your body out of the normal elements and getting that additional calorie burn as well as teaching your body to hold a faster steady pace to run faster. Whether you are a new runner and have not run a mile since you were a kid or a runner who wants to run a faster 5k race we have the techniques and training tools to complete that goal.

Ricky has over 14 years experience in the health and fitness industry and is a certified Personal Trainer. Over the years his clients have benefited from weight loss and fat reduction as well as muscle gain and sports performance. He enjoys working with individuals to help them gain the confidence they need to achieve their fitness goals.
