Fit-in-6 Running Camp

This is the Women Only Running Camp you've been hearing about! FitIn6 is a 6-week outdoor running program that offers top notch instruction & motivation tools. It offers fun and exciting activites, drills and runs to keep you interested and always improving.

Women of all ages and sizes are welcome!

Studies have shown running is among the best exercise for your heart and lung health. Running can also boost your immune system to help fight off colds, infections and cancer. Your energy increases, you'll lose weight,you'll make friends and you'll have fun doing it!

Beginning Runners:
M,W,F 5:30am-6:30am
Locations will be given before th camp begins (most will be on the south hill)
This camp is for those who want to learn how to run. There is no prerequisite
$216 for a 6 week program


It’s not about being a track star or an elite athlete. It's about being the best YOU can be. It’s not about getting up at 6:00 a.m. to run with a group of women for an hour. It’s a lot more! You really learn how to run better and more efficiently. You will find yourself building relationships with other women who enjoy and have the same interests and goals. It’s always different and a lot of fun. The group’s average age is late twenties to early fifties. As a Fit-in-6 runner, you will gain confidence, endurance, speed, and find your legs leaner and stronger. You don’t have to be a great runner to begin. 

You will feel rewarded by increasing your speed, endurance and energey level. You'll also receive a great Fit-in-6 T-shirt on graduation day! 

Fit-in-6 Running Details:
3 Days a week (M,W,F) 5:30 a.m. – 6:30 a.m.
Women only - 16 to 100 years of age welcome!

Rhythm Intervals / Drills FUN ! ! !
$216.00 for 6 weeks (that’s about $12.00 a day.)

 This running program is unlike any other. There is NO COMPETITION. You will feel motivated and empowered! 

FAQ's

Q. What if I like to run but I'm not very fast?

A. You are welcome to join us! This program is designed to work with all fitness abilities and speeds. We will coach and teach you to become a faster and more effecient runner.

Q. I enjoy running, but I'm not very good. I'm worried about always being the last runner or holding everyone else back.

A. You won't be holding anyone else back. The program is designed so that no one will feel like they're the last runner. Eeryone is very encouraging and more than anything, you will feel empowered to become  great runner.

Q. What does Fit In 6 stand for?

A. improve your running fitness level in six weeks.

Q. What happens if I become injured during the class?

A. We take every precaution that you do not become injured. However, in the unlikely event you do become injured, you will receive a credit for the missed days toward a future running camp.

Q. I have difficulty running very far without feeling like I can'y breathe. What's the furthest you run in camp?

A. We will teach you techniques so you can breathe more easly while you run. Every week our distance will vary. You will build your distance. The furthest you will run will be 5-6 miles.
